What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm or call (918) 371-2934 to schedule a visit.
When am I able to access my unit?
All tenants have access to their storage unit 7 days a week, 6:00am to 10:00pm.
How do I get inside of the facility?
Everyone who rents a unit with Budget Storage has access inside of the facility by entering their code into the gate keypad. We’re able to monitor who comes and goes via our computerized gate system
Am I able to pay my storage bill online?
Yes. Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You also have the more convenient option of signing up for autopay to ensure you never miss a payment. With autopay your storage bill is deducted from a checking account of you choice on the same day each month.
How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Our storage experts are more than willing to help you figure out which unit size is best to store your belongings. For an accurate unit size suggestion, have a list of everything that you plan on storing inside of your unit.
What are the lease terms?
Our leases are available on a month-to-month basis. Store with Budget Storage for as long as you need. No extra fees or long-term commitments.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store anything flammable or hazardous, plants or living animals, fireworks and other explosives, stolen or illegal substances, and much more. If you’re unsure about a particular item, give us a call or fill out the contact form.
